Talk to a person
One address for anything about the site, and a second for legal and business. Both are read by the person who built CashIQ.
Where to write
For anything at all about the site — a bug, a question, a correction, a data request — email [email protected].
Something is broken
A calculator that will not load, a game that will not finish, a page that looks wrong on your phone. Tell us what you were doing and which browser you use.
An idea, or feedback
A question you would like to see, a calculator that is missing, or anything that felt confusing. The profile page has a feedback box for this too.
Your data
Ask what is held about you, get a copy, or have it deleted. You can delete your account yourself from your profile, but we will do it for you if you prefer.
A number looks wrong
This is the most useful message you can send. Every question and calculator cites where its figure came from, and those figures go out of date — a salary median from 2024 is not the 2026 one, and an interest rate quoted last year may be nothing like today's.
Send the question or calculator, the number you expected, and where you saw it. It gets checked against the source and corrected. Our sources page lists everything we rely on, so you can see what we were working from.
Your data
You can see, change and delete everything held about you from your own profile page, at any time, without asking. Deleting the account removes your email, your rounds, your saved items and your leaderboard entry, and it cannot be undone.
If you would rather we did it, or you want a copy of what is held, write to [email protected] and say what you want. We answer within 30 days and usually a good deal sooner. The privacy policy lists exactly what exists to ask about.
Legal and business
CashIQ is run by an individual based in India. For anything legal, commercial or press-related — including notices under the terms of use — write to [email protected].
Advertising on the site is sold by Google, not by us, so we cannot take bookings for it.
What to expect
One person reads these, so replies take a few days rather than minutes. Data requests are answered within 30 days, which is the deadline the law sets and not the time it usually takes.
We will never email you first to ask for a password, a payment or a one-time code. CashIQ never asks for any of those, and a message that does is not from us — the scam or legit game exists partly to make that reflex automatic.
